This text explains which information is processed when you visit calcx.net or create an account, if that feature is enabled. The data controller is calcx.net. For your questions, you can use the contact form on the site or the email address listed in the footer.
What information is collected?
If you browse the site normally, technical records such as IP address, browser information, and request time may be created on the server side. These are kept for security and to limit misuse.
Your language preference is remembered through cookies: calcx_lang_pref and calcx_lang_seen. If the login feature is enabled, the session cookie calcx_app_session is added; its duration is approximately 90 days.
If you fill out the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to us. Short-term IP-based rate limiting may be applied to reduce spam attempts.
If you create an account, your email address and, when signing in with Google, your name and profile photo URL are saved. For magic link login, only an email address is required. IP and browser information may be kept in session records. Your calculator lists are linked to your account.
Your calculator inputs are processed in your browser. In requests sent for result calculation, the IP address may be used to prevent misuse. Your input values are not collected to create a marketing profile.
What is the information used for?
To display the site, preserve your language selection, respond to your contact messages, and, if applicable, keep your lists synchronized. Technical records are used to detect attacks and excessive requests.

If no analytics or advertising cookies are used other than essential functional cookies, they are not listed separately here. If they are added in the future, this page will be updated.
Third parties
If Google sign-in is enabled, authentication is carried out through Google infrastructure. Google's own privacy terms apply.
CDN services such as jsDelivr, Google Fonts, and similar services may be used to display formulas and diagrams on the page. These services may keep technical access records. Their servers may be located abroad.
Contact and magic link emails are sent through an email provider or the server mail() function, depending on configuration.
When external links such as partner, reference, or footer links are clicked, the rules of the relevant site apply.
Retention
Contact messages remain in the email inbox for a reasonable period. The archiving policy is determined according to operational needs.
Member data is kept as long as your account is active. When you delete your account from your profile, your membership record, lists, preferences, and session information are permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.
Server logs are deleted or anonymized after a certain period. Technical records that may remain in logs after account deletion, such as IP address and timestamp, are subject to a separate retention cycle.
Deleting your account
If you are signed in, you can delete your account unconditionally from the “Delete account” section on your account page, or profile. There is no additional approval or obligation to contact us. The deletion process also logs you out.
Your rights under KVKK
You may request information about your personal data, ask for it to be corrected, or object to its processing. You can use your right to delete your account directly from your profile; you do not need to contact us separately for a deletion request.
You can submit your other requests through our contact channels. Your right to file a complaint under KVKK is reserved.
